Design build was the project delivery method of choice for this project. The space features a complex dome structure within a larger cylindrical structure. This project was completed within a tight schedule of 8 months. The interior wooden dome structure was built using modular construction techniques. This approach not only prioritized safety but also accelerated the project. Construction of the larger cylindrical structure involved the development and installation of a custom brick pattern cladding composed of 10,000 building supplied bricks. Additionally, the metal fins spread throughout the perimeter of the building are custom developed 24’ tall stainless-steel fins fabricated and installed by our team.
