Harlem Village Academy Graduate School – Harlem, NY

From the very beginning of this project, the Taurino team worked closely with the project team  to convert a failed brownstone condominium conversion into a graduate school.

The building was expanded in 2008 with no DOB inspections and no sign offs.  It was then abandoned until 2017.  In response, Taurino developed a renovation plan that incorporated bringing the building up to code and obtaining TCO and CO. Taurino then worked with the design team to develop project drawings and scope within an established budget.  The project scope included façade renovation, sidewalk, and entrance enhancements.

Notably, The Harlem Village Academy Graduate School project was completed with no change orders.
