Located in Industry City, Brooklyn and Founded by Erez Shternlicht and Mazdack Rassi, Camp David is a new, inventive, destination workspace designed for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
The Camp David project has a working office space totaling approximately 32,500 sf, comprised of 6,300 sf in cellar storage; 7,300 sf on the 1st floor, which includes the construction of a lobby, lounge, and conference space; and 18,900 sf on the 5th floor, which required the construction of private offices, open offices, conference rooms, reception area, and bar lounge.
