Town School Eco Lab – New York, NY

Construction of the Town School Eco Lab resulted in the creation and installation of a custom eco lab greenhouse fitted with a Wadsworth control system. To prepare for the construction and interior fit-out of the custom-fabricated greenhouse, exterior renovation of the setback roof was required. This preparation included structural foundation work as well as the implementation of a Tremco roofing system. The greenhouse was retrofitted with a smart control system by Wadsworth, which included automatic roof vents and a weather station. Along the outer perimeter, new turf play surfaces and recreational equipment were installed. The project was completed in 8 weeks, just in time for the start of the new school year.
