Completed in 2019, Taurino Management, Inc. partnered with Architectural Outfit to design and build then ew face of Theatre Row and the 5th-floor offices of Building for the Arts NY Inc. Located just 2 blocks from Times Square at 410, W. 42ndStreet, Theatre Row is an Off-Broadway multi-theater complex in the heart of the Theater District serving as an affordable home for performing artist organizations and a lively, accessible venue for the over 160,000 patrons who visit yearly. Theatre Row offers theater rentals, rehearsal studio rentals, office space, ticketing, and box office, as well as tech support to actors, producers, dancers, and musicians. As a member of the BFANY non-profit program, Theatre Row encourages its varied mix of nonprofit theater companies to share ideas and resources as they work in its intimate spaces.
