This project involved the installation of a code-compliant rail to bring a rooftop space to code. The rail was a custom-fabricated, stainless steel mesh railing provided by Banker Wire. The project was completed while the building was fully occupied. This was achieved through the creation and implementation of our tenant protection plan. A crane was set up to install and deliver the railings to the seventh floor. The project timeline was condensed to a 4-weekinstallation. Taurino performed preconstruction services to ensure installation in the allotted time.
