Penthouse Madison House – New York, NY

The penthouse of Madison House, located on the 53rd floor, is the only apartment in the building with 360° views of New York City. The building was built and financed by the purchaser of the apartment. This space was new but did not conform to the owners’ requirements, which included a prep kitchen, show kitchen, and a mezzanine area. The interior residential fit-out addressed these requirements by integrating a mezzanine space into the grand living room. This mezzanine features a spiral staircase designed like a racetrack, complete with custom plaster finishes and glass railings. Additionally, Taurino constructed a new show kitchen with a complimentary prep kitchen with high-end appliances and finishes, as well as all the necessary amenities.
