MVP Woodhaven – Queens, NY

This project was an interior renovation of a two-story, independent, freestanding Radiology clinic. The project timeline spanned 6 weeks. Construction involved the integration of medical-grade codes and essential power infrastructure. Antimicrobial lining was installed in all ductworks and led-lined walls were constructed to contain radiation from radiology equipment. Additionally, all new utility services were installed including electrical, sprinkler & standpipe service, and domestic water service. Lastly a new two-floor elevator was installed along with anew roof and rooftop mechanical equipment. The project was value-engineered to meet the client’s expected budget. And the project timeline spanned6weeks.
