Kith Women’s – New York, NY

The project timeline for this project was eight months. This Interior fit-out for a retail store included a first floor and cellar. Taurino performed preconstruction services and value engineering services to meet the required project budget while still maintaining a high-level luxury experience. The existing space was completely demoed, the floor system was removed, and a new concrete floor was poured to accommodate the installation of the custom-designed wood-patterned floor. Overhead, Taurino coordinated all MEPS to ensure that all ducts and wire raceways were hidden with limited access doors. This project consisted of high-end finishes such as custom millwork, brass accents, and Venetian plaster walls throughout. Lighting fixtures and controls were provided by Viabazzuno.
