Harlem Village Academy Graduate School Rear Yard

The Taurino Team worked closely with the project team from the beginning to convert a defunct brownstone condominium conversion to a Graduate School. The building was expanded in 2008 with no DOB inspections and sign offs and abandoned till 2017. The Team developed a renovation plan that incorporated bringing the building up to code and to obtain TCO and CO. Taurino worked with the design team to develop project drawings and scope within an established budget. Project was completed with no change orders. Project scope included façade renovation, sidewalk, and entrance enhancements.
