Comcast 105 Wooster – New York, NY

This project involved the complete interior renovation of an existing space. It encompassed the demolition and reconstruction of all brick walls and flooring. Additionally, the buildout included the installation of full-height glass fronts for offices and conference rooms. Taurino managed the installation of owner-supplied millwork and office furniture. A comprehensive LED lighting and control system, comprising track head lights and linear fixtures, was installed anew. A new mechanical system was also implemented. Lastly, soundproofing panels were installed in select conference rooms.
