Apple Bank 1st Avenue – New York, NY

This phased project allowed Apple Bank’s location on 1st Ave to remain open for the entire duration of construction. A complete gut renovation of the space was performed along with the construction of anew Façade for the bank. Renovation of the space’s interior involved the installation of all new finishes and owner-supplied bank equipment. These finishes included tile, millwork wall panels, millwork, acoustical ceiling tile, and gypsum wallboard ceilings. Taurino performed in-depth coordination of owner security and IT vendors to reach project completion.
