This project was a prebuild of a loft space for a tech company and designed as an open environment, featuring a workspace constructed with custom storefront glass to mimic a historic black iron glass system. All the original wood flooring was patched and refinished, and the existing brick walls were refinished with new paint. A new entry foyer and stairwell were also constructed, and the space was retrofitted with all-new lighting, a new mechanical system, and a state-of-the-art information technology system.
